Good bye Jobs

“Your work is going to fill a large part of your life, and the only way to be truly satisfied is to do what you believe is great work. And the only way to do great work is to love what you do.” 

Steve Jobs recite those sequence while he preach at Stanford University. It is all about passion and inspiration for us to love what we do and to do what we love. Now, this world loss one of the best man, the most innovative guy Steven Paul Jobs or mostly known as Steve Jobs. Steve Jobs passed away on 5th October 2011. World sent its deepest condolence, mourn his demise.

For me, he is always inspiring. With his creation, he transformed conventional gadget into beyond our imagination. He discover iPhone, iPad, iPod, Mac and different things with sophistipicated technology, lead us to a new world. Never stop innovating and always do what your passion is. Moreover we could enjoy Toy Story due to his endeavour to develop Pixar after kicked out from Apple.

As another great man, He commence everything with hardworking and deep thinking and surely with remarkable strive till he survive and never surrender for what he believe. Jobs Says “”I didn’t have a dorm room, so I slept on the floor in friends’ rooms, I returned coke bottles for the 5¢ deposits to buy food with, and I would walk the 7 miles across town every Sunday night to get one good meal a week at the Hare Krishna temple”.

Jobs, now you left us.  I bet you’re busy right now revolutionizing and redesigning the afterlife for all of us to enjoy when our time comes -Joe Satriani-

It is true, your work leads us to another dimension of life. You inspire peoples not only about your creative technology yet further about your passion, your words to burn our motivation. That we always need to stay hungry, to stay foolish. No one wants to die.  Even people who want to go to heaven don’t want to die to get there.  And yet death is the destination we all share.  No one has ever escaped it.  And that is as it should be, because Death is very likely the single best invention of Life,.. Good Bye Jobs.

Saya merasa bangga di tengah-tengah Anda sekarang, yang akan segera lulus dari salah satu universitas terbaik di dunia. Saya tidak pernah selesai kuliah.
Sejujurnya, baru saat inilah saya merasakan suasana wisuda. Hari ini saya akan menyampaikan tiga cerita pengalaman hidup saya. Ya, tidak perlu banyak. Cukup tiga.

Cerita Pertama: Menghubungkan Titik-Titik

Saya drop out (DO) dari Reed College setelah semester pertama, namun saya tetap berkutat di situ sampai 18 bulan kemudian, sebelum betul-betul putus kuliah.
Mengapa saya DO? Kisahnya dimulai sebelum saya lahir.
Ibu kandung saya adalah mahasiswi belia yang hamil karena “kecelakaan” dan memberikan saya kepada seseorang untuk diadopsi.

Dia bertekad bahwa saya harus diadopsi oleh keluarga sarjana, maka saya pun diperjanjikan untuk dipungut anak semenjak lahir oleh seorang pengacara dan istrinya.
Sialnya, begitu saya lahir, tiba-tiba mereka berubah pikiran ingin bayi perempuan.
